Prince Vs. Bowie Dance Party in Fort Collins This Week

Remember and celebrate Bowie and Prince this Friday, June 17 at the Downtown Artery, because we may have lost two great music icons in 2016, but their music lives on and will, undoubtedly, make for a rad dance party.

The dance party, hosted by the Downtown Artery and DJ Avalon, is for ages 16 and older, and only $5 at the door if you do dress up, $7 'if you're boring' (Ha!). You know you want to paint a Ziggy Stardust lightning bolt on your face. OK, I know I do. Question is... Bowie? Or Prince? You actually don't even have to choose.

Dress up like Prince! Dress up like David Bowie! Dress up like Prince AND David Bowie! Dress up like a crying dove or a spider from mars or a hot tramp or a purple raindrop or just wear a lot of spandex and sparkles and call it a day! [source - Facebook event page]
