Here's my follow up on the Positive Thinking Exercise I posted about a couple weeks ago! My overall conclusion about this study is that is does help! It's simple but will have to become a habit. I slipped up and forgot to do it a couple times but the days that I did complete the task, it actually helped. It not only helped to boost the positive thinking but it calmed the negative thinking. Being able to remember the positive in your life is one of the keys to happiness and this exercise helps that become an every day thing. Not only did the positive vibes flow but I actually become more relaxed about things and able to calm anxiety easier. This also helped me feel strength and keep positive in a huge decision making point in my life that I had to confirm to myself was the right move.
