Known for their refreshing signature brews, big ol' burgers and having an atmosphere that's always buzzing, C.B. & Potts has long been a favorite for those living in Fort Collins. Now, after 42 years of being in business and serving the community at their Campus West location, it seems that the popular eatery feels it's time for a little refreshment themselves.

Although the exact date has yet to be announced, the restaurant has a definite plan in the works to relocate from Elizabeth Street to the newly renovated Foothills Mall within the next few months. They will be moving into a two-story building near the front of the mall that's equipped with a rooftop patio, fireplace and a state-of-the-art kitchen. All of the memorabilia and quirky decorations that currently line the walls and ceiling of Potts will also be moved to the new College Avenue location.

As huge supporters of CSU, the staff is bummed that they'll now be further away from their beloved "Ramily," but with the growth of Fort Collins, they say this is the best move to better serve their core group of guests. But before college co-eds get too sad about not being able to refill their growlers – the Elizabeth establishment won't completely disappear. The Taphouse, which currently sits near the back of the restaurant's property, will be undergoing a makeover, hopefully to be completed by March, ultimately transforming the space into a brewery and taproom that will serve food and have free Wi-Fi.

Cheers to C.B. & Potts and what's to come in the future!
