You thought the hot coffee lawsuits against McDonald's were ridiculous? A pimp, who is in jail for stomping a man's face is suing Nike because they didn't put a warning label on the shoes stating they could be used as weapons.

I'm not making this up.

According to Oregon Live, a pimp from Portland, Oregon is currently serving  a 100-year prison sentence for assault. (Partially for stomping a man's face after the man tried to leave a hotel without paying \one of his prostitutes.)

Our pimp was wearing a pair of Jordan's when he stomped the guy and is now suing Nike for $100-million dollars.

In his three-page complaint handwritten from the Eastern Oregon Correctional Institution in Pendleton, Clardy claims that Nike, Chairman Phil Knight and other executives failed to warn consumers that the shoes could be used as a weapon to cause serious injury or death.

If this man gets even one cent from Nike, I will officially be done with the legal system.

He nearly beat a man to death by stomping his face on the sidewalk, and he's suing the company that made his shoes as if it's their fault. Ugh, the audacity of some people just makes me sick.
