A vehicle fire is definitely not something moviegoers were expecting to see Saturday night at the Holiday Twin Drive-in.

The Coloradoan says a Ford pickup truck burst into flames just before 9 p.m. Saturday at the theater as people awaited the screening of Tarzan. Flames reportedly came out from under the hood and from the cab of the vehicle, and people rushed over with fire extinguishers to smother them.

Below is a video of the fire one patron posted to Instagram on Sunday morning.

"It was epic and scary," said @lobrien2712 on Instagram. "Their whole front of the car burst into flames. They opened the front after a little and the fire got bigger."

Poudre Fire Authority responded to a 911 call at 9:07 p.m. but the fire had been put out by the time they arrived at the scene. The movie screening eventually began after a 20-minute delay.

No injuries were reported.
