Have you ever seen ‘Anger Management’? The words, “goose fraba” come to mind when I read this story.

A 72-year-old New Jersey man has been charged after threatening to shoot his neighbor in the head for passing gas in front of his home.

I know some people have some anger issues, but this seems a little over the top.

According to the NY Daily News, the two neighbors were on opposite sides of an ongoing dispute about noise in their apartment building. One of the neighbors allegedly ‘let one fly’ as he passed in front of the other’s doorway and the flatulence victim reacted by pulling out a .32-caliber revolver and threatening to put a hole in the head of his gassy neighbor.

[He] told cops his 47-year-old neighbor cut the cheese so loudly in his vestibule he heard it inside his apartment before he smelled it.

Gross? Yes. Good reason to pull out a firearm? Hardly.

Our gunslinger was charged with aggravated assault, unlawful possession of a firearm and making terroristic threats.

Ahhh, the sweet smell of justice.
