It's not unusual to see a team up between two breweries to make a specialty beer, but what about a team up with New Belgium and Ben and Jerry's to make a cookie dough beer? According to 9 News, our own New Belgium Brewery is teaming up with Ben and Jerry's once again to create an ice-cream inspired beer.

Last year New Belgium and Ben and Jerry's created the "Salted Caramel Brownie Brown Ale," with a portion of the proceeds benefiting Protect Our Winters. This year the two companies are working on a Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Ale, with an estimated $50,000 of the proceeds once again going towards Protect Our Winters. The beer is expected to be available in the fall.
