Nathaniel Rateliff & the Night Sweats to Play Coachella 2016

This April, Colorado band Nathaniel Rateliff & the Night Sweats will be performing at the nation's annual gathering of trust fund kids in the desert, Coachella, following in the footsteps of other local bands that we love.

We're just a couple months away now from Indio California's convention of highly-wasted millennials in high-waisted shorts and flower crowns, who gather for a two-weekend festival of Instagramming a ferris wheel and being pretentious.

My feelings about Coachella (#nochella) aside, it's a pretty big deal for artists who get to perform at it, and this year our own Nathaniel Rateliff made the bill for Sunday, April 17 and 24. (You can check out the rest of the 2016 lineup here.)
