Deputies in Weber County, Utah, say a mother allegedly helped her teenage daughter and her friends go on an egging spree.

Jennifer Terry, 44, is accused of driving her daughter and several other teens around Weber County to throw eggs at at least 20 homes, resulting in several thousands of dollars in damage.

Terry was arrested Monday for the August 20 crime and charged with a Class A misdemeanor.

The cost of damage comes to an estimated $2,343 to repair one home's stucco and $3,000 to repair broken screens, windows, furniture, and a car's ignition.

According to investigators, all but one teenagers admitted to their involvement in the egging crime.

As to why Terry aided in the crime, police say she admitted she did it "because of certain familial problems she was having and because she simply did not care," according to a criminal report obtained by KSL.com.
