Mom Arrested After Letting Her 22-Month Old Smoke Marijuana From Her Bong [VIDEO]

I'm pretty sure even Cheech, Chong, Snoop Dogg, and Willie Nelson would all agree that this Washington woman might not be the best mom on earth. She is in trouble because video surfaced of her letting her 22-month-old toddler take a 'hit' of marijuana from her bong. (Red more and you can watch the video.)

Your jaw just dropped, didn't it? (I know mine did.)

According to Komo News, the 24-year-old mom is "facing charges of manufacture of marijuana and delivery of a controlled substance to a minor."

In the video, recorded on a mobile phone, it shows the young boy putting his mouth to the top of a lit bong while his mom was holding it. Police confronted the woman and asked her about the video and this was her response:

Well, it was like, you can't see in the camera, but the person taking it, and then there was like a group of people there. And I guess it was a joke and stupid mistake that wasn't really funny.

Hmm, ya think?!

The mom says she feels "horrible" about what happened, but  to me it seems she feels more horrible that she got caught. The boy's father wasn't home when the incident happened, but apparently he was arrested because when police came to check on the boy and found 40 marijuana plants in the home.

The child is now in the custody of protective services.

Doing drugs around kids is really bad, hmmkay? Giving them drugs is just plain ludicrous!
