When I think about the winner of a beauty pageant, I think of elegance, charity, and charm, not, "I bet she stole a bunch of stuff from Walmart last week." Days before an 18-year-old was elected as Miss Congeniality at a Scholarship Pageant, she was accused of doing just that.

According to AZ Central, the girl and one of her friends attempted to walk out of a Walmart store in Washington with over $100 worth of beauty supplies like balm, nail polish, fake eyelashes, and fake nails in their purses.

Just a few days later one of the girls won 'Miss Congeniality' at the Miss Lewis County Scholarship Pageant, but pageant judges had no idea about her criminal charges because the girl uses a name other than her legal name in competitions.

Now get this; she won a $600 scholarship and under the pageant rules, said scholarship cannot be taken away.
