Man Complains To Police That A Prostitute Owes Him 10 Minutes!

A man in Maine thought to call the police to report that he wasn't satisfied with the way things worked out after he had hired a prostitute.

A report from New Hampshire police say that Scott Pipher was arrested for "engaging a prostitute." Police also say that he had specifically complained over the phone that the prostitute had "shorted him by ten minutes."

Not only was Pipher arrested, but a police investigation led to the arrest of two prostitutes believed to be contacted by Pipher.
