Man Claims Zombies Made Him Crash

A 19-year-old transient not only stole an 18-wheeler loaded with strawberries but he also caused a major freeway incident in California because of zombies.

He was hitch hiking with the trucker and decided to hop behind the wheel when the driver had to stop and fill out some paper work at an inspection site. He took off and crashed into several vehicles on the freeway. Why did he do that? Well, apparently he was under the influence of a substance that  caused him to hallucinate and think that zombies were chasing him and on the truck.

After damaging several cars and sending four people to the hospital, he over turned the semi and was held by another driver until cops could get there. He has been charged with taking a vehicle without the owners consent and receiving known stolen property.
