Loveland Football Team in National Championship Game in Florida

Get ready Loveland, the Titans could be bringing the championship back to Northern Colorado.

The Pop Warner Super Bowl 58 is happening in Orlando, Florida today (Friday, Dec. 12, 2014) and the Loveland Titans Chrome Junior Midget team is playing for all the marbles. The game will be on ESPN 3 at 11:15 a.m. (Mountain Time).

The team set a strong intention at the beginning of the season and winning the Super Bowl was their goal. It's the 3rd time Head Coach Jeff Mauck has been to Orlando for the Pop Warner Super Bowl and this time he wants to win it. The kids helped bring that goal closer to a reality through extremely hard work, during the season and even in the off sesason. They hung pictures of the field they would be playing on in their rooms at home, and kept their mind focused on this huge goal. They also had t-shirts with the slogans 'Get There' and 'We Will' so they could wear the reality they wanted to manifest.

The team is made up of 13 and 14 year old boys, and many of them have been playing together for years. Some will continue to play together as they move through junior varsity and varsity ball.

They went undefeated throughout the entire season. Now that they have made it to the big game they could use your support. Tune in to watch the game, and go Loveland!
