I will never understand why people do the things they do.

Two men in Longmont were caught on security cameras stealing charity money from a Dairy Queen. The footage shows the 22-year-old man and a 17-year-old walk into the Dairy Queen, reach around the corner and take the tip jar and money that was collected as part of a fundraiser for the Children's Hospital. The grand total that the thieves got away with was only $14.  The two suspects were found but had already spent the stolen money. Scum right? Well there is a silver lining.

The officer who arrested them returned to the Dairy Queen and donated $20 to the charity to help. Way to go and a special high five to officer Mike Kimbley for helping out like that.
