Kobe Sushi, Starbucks, And Sport Clips Coming To The Marketplace At Centerra In Loveland
Some new additions are coming to The Marketplace at Centerra in east Loveland. A coffee shop, a sushi restaurant and a men's hair salon all plan on opening their doors soon. These additions will put the center up to 98-percent occupancy, the highest it has ever been, according to the Loveland Reporter-Herald.
Just what businesses can you be on the lookout for?
According to the Reporter-Herald:
- Starbucks will open a coffee shop, that deal was finalized this week. It will open in the space that used to be a Good Times/Taco John's.
- The new sushi place will be Kobe Sushi, which should open next month and is an “offshoot of LuLu Asian Bistro in Fort Collins.”
- And there will be a brand new Sport Clips franchise in the not-so-distant future opening in the same building as Panera Bread and Noodles & Company.
That not a bad selection of new options coming to east Loveland.
