It's been about a month since the conclusion of Dare to Lose with Miramont Lifestyle Fitness but that doesn't mean the journey is over.

One of the hardest parts of working out is getting the motivation to go. Dare to Lose was good for that because you would have to be accountable to show up and have that group dynamic. Now that it is over, what can you do?

1. Find a group workout that fits you, or create your own!

It really is better to work out in a group so try to find one that works with your schedule or invite your friends to work out with you. It makes you motivated and helps keep you accountable.

2. Continue Eating Healthy.

One thing about Dare to Lose with Miramont was meeting with the nutrition specialist. She helped us look at what we are eating on an everyday and how we can change that for the better. Here is that whole accountability thing again. You should still be watching what you are eating and this is another opportunity to start a Facebook group to eat healthy together. You can also share healthy recipes!

3. Have Fun!

The most important thing when working out or doing any activity is have fun. You can push yourself and challenge yourself, in fact that is part of working out, but make sure that you are having fun. Get your friends or significant other involved in your journey. Plan outdoor activities and meals together and share laughs while getting in shape!
