I hate exercise, I always have.  I am the last person you want on your team, and I mean it.  I just lack coordination and focus for most things athletic.  So you could call me a poster child for the first fitness routine I like and I feel pretty decent at. It's called Farrell's eXtreme Bodyshaping and combines cardio kickboxing with resistance band training and eating right for 10 weeks.  I do this through their center in Fort Collins, 6 days a week for 45 minutes.  There are several reasons I like this program, but let's start with one of the coolest things, the gear!  You get to wrap your hands in sweet black wraps, which makes you feel like a bad ass immediately and then a few minutes later you get to put on your boxing gloves!!!  We don't hit other people, but stationary bags.  We punch and kick and it's awesome.  It's fast pace and I never look at the clock.  45 minutes goes really fast.  The resistance bands give you an amazing workout, way better than weights.  There are very few limits as to who can do this program...age, weight, bad knees, all of these are seeing success with this program.  This is a group fitness class, but a really cool one with instructors that encourage you every step of the way.   When I talk to my friends about this program I sound like an infomercial.   But my words are authentic.  At my 5 week testing I lost 6 pounds and lots of inches, but my favorite result is the energy I have.  That's what I needed and that's what I got.  Don't get me wrong I like that my jeans fit better and my shoulders are looking pretty toned too.  I'll be sure to update you after my sure to be amazing 10 week results!  If you're interested you can contact Farrell's at 970-237-3217 and of course check out their website by clicking here.  I'd be happy to tell you more about my experience, just send me an email Kama@999ThePoint.com
