Join the Olympic Send Off for Fort Collins’ Janay DeLoach

There's an Olympian among us, and there will be a celebration as Fort Collins wishes her well in Rio.

This Friday (8/5) in Old Town Square you are invited to send Fort Collins' Janay DeLoach! The celebration will be part of the Downtown Business Association's First Friday which celebrates music and art in downtown Fort Collins.

DeLoach is a former CSU track star and a bronze medal winner in the 2012 Olympics in London. She will be recognized on the stage. Afterward, you will be able to meet her, buy t-shirts and grab her autograph.

Following the send-off, stick around for some live music from Maxwell Mud and Dean Treanor's Afrosippi Band featuring Erica Brown.

6:00 - 9:00 pm | First Friday Gallery Walk in Downtown Fort Collins

6:30 - 7:00 pm | Send-off Celebration with Janay DeLoach in Old Town Square

7:00 – 8:00 pm | Maxwell Mud (Rock & Roll) in Old Town Square

8:30 – 10:00 pm | Dan Treanor’s Afrosippi Band w/ Erica Brown (Blues/Soul) in Old Town Square
