Jay’s Bistro Owners Selling Restaurant After 35 Years
After 35 years, the Owners of Jay’s Bistro are selling their popular Fort Collins Restaurant.
According to the Fort Collins Coloradoan, Jay and Jacki Witlen announced Wednesday in a letter to customers and friends they were "ready to close the book on this chapter of our lives and begin another leg of our adventure together."
Jay's Bistro will belong to Norman and Wednesday Vogel, who have owned and operated a restaurant in Key West, Florida, for 10 years. The Vogels moved to Fort Collins a year ago in hopes of finding a new restaurant.
The Coloradoan says, they will keep the name and won’t make many changes, at least at first.
