Japan Grocery StoreHell hath no fury like a 32-year-old man scorned by supermarket employees in Japan.

A guy, upset over how employees treated him, went on a rampage and destroyed almost $600 worth of merchandise.

According to Japan Today, the destruction included the 32-year-old man poking and squishing his way through the deli and meat departments for 15-minutes.

Details of the total damage are sketchy but we received reports that packs of meat had holes poked in them with a finger and loaves of bread were thrown on the floor.

He destroyed 103 items in the store, causing 59,880 yen in damage (which equates to just under $600 USD).

A store clerk called police, but the man fled before they arrived, but he did come back to the store while they were investigating because he had left his bike behind,

Hmm, angry and stupid…not a good combo.

He told police that he was upset by how he had been treated when he was in the store earlier. Poking holes in packages of meat and throwing loaves of bread on the floor are probably not the most effective means of extracting revenge.
