A six-member jury deciding the fate of  the Fort Collins resident, Benjamin Gilmore, accused of lighting the Penny Flats fire last fall told the judge yesterday its members are divided and have not reached a verdict on the fourth day of deliberation. We have heard a lot about the story over the last year, so maybe we can help the jury. Do you believe Benjamin Gilmore is responsible or the fire?

The trial, which started Aug. 7, lasted for more than three weeks before jurors began deliberating last Tuesday. They took Friday off because of a scheduling conflict and returned yesterday morning. The judge instructed jurors to return this morning to continue deliberations.
