Highway Officials have begun discussing a new design for I-25 which would include the Fort Collins and Loveland area.

The $670 Million plan would include improvements and expansions to the interchanges at Centerra, Mulberry and Prospect along I-25. Some other ideas in the works include widening the interstate to 8 lanes South of Fort Collins as well as integrating toll lanes just North of Denver.

Although the plan is already in the design stage the project won't likely be complete until 2035 or until more funding becomes available.
