An oozy gooey s'more is one of life's greatest little combinations. Graham cracker, chocolate and marshmallow. Sounds simple, right? Well, I have been challenged many a time by my husband on what makes the "perfect s'more". Some Colorado State University students also claim they have the correct way to the "perfect s'more" with their creation of Stuff'n Mallows. I'll explain our differences and then you can take the poll to let me know which method is the best. C'mon team Kama!!! I know, I know, totally unfair to say considering I'm writing this.

Kama's way:

-Put 3 pieces of a normal size Hershey bar on one half of a graham cracker and set on warm rock or warm plate while you slowly roast your marshmallow to a crisp brown. Set Marshmallow on chocolate and sandwich it off your stick with the other half of graham cracker. Voila! Perfect Kama s'more.

Anthony's (Kama's husband) way:

-Pull out your dirty s'more cage, burn off the last s'more remnants while you pre-roast up to 6 marshmallows. Yes, the cage allows you to make 6 s'mores at the same time (ok, that is a perk). Set up your 3 pieces of chocolate on half of a graham cracker, sandwich your marshmallow with the other half of graham cracker. Close the cage and roast the whole thing over the fire, continusly turning it, until the graham crackers have a golden color (yes, he's toasting the graham cracker, dammit, he's going to win). Let them cool. Grab a wet towel and 5 friends, because the chocolate is hot and messy and yes, he just made 6 s'mores.

Stuff'n Mallows way:

Stuff'n Mallows was started as a class project for some CSU students, who got their inspiration from watching someone shove a piece of chocolate into a marshmallow and roasting it so the chocolate would melt. Stuff'n Mallows say their product is "handcrafted gourmet stuffed marshmallows, perfect for creating the best s'more".

-These marshmallows already have chocolate or whatever flavor you choose, there are several, in the actual marshmallow. The consistency is much less spongy than your typical bagged marshmallow. All you have to do is roast them and sandwich them in your graham cracker. These were delicious, but did not have enough chocolate for my sweet tooth and they also melted into a pretty gooey mess.

Okay, which method of making the perfect s'more wins? You vote. Which way do you do it.
