New statistics released by Coldwell Banker show that while one Northern Colorado town is one of the most affordable, two others are some of the most expensive in the state.

The Coldwell Banker Home Listing Report ranked more than 2,700 markets across the United States. The list included 31 markets in Colorado, but did not include ski towns such as Aspen, Vail, Breckenridge and others.

When it comes to the communities that are the most expensive in the state, two Northern Colorado towns make it into the top ten of the list. Longmont is number eight on the list with an average home price of $463,432. Fort Collins comes in at number nine on the list with an average home price of $459,014.

The numbers in the study are based off of a four bedroom, two bathroom home.

If you're looking for an affordable home, there are still plenty of options throughout the region.

Greeley is the most inexpensive city in Northern Colorado, with an average home price of $268,064. That places it 27th throughout the entire state. Lovelands average home price is $366,394 which places the city 20th.

Pueblo is the most inexpensive city in the state with an average home price of $151,708. Boulder is the most expensive, with it's average price topping out over one million dollars.
