How About You Make Some Thanksgiving Sushi With Those Leftovers

I can't believe that it's taken this long to create this awesomeness! The Vulgar Chef (caution, he has that name for a reason) has created the ultimate Thanksgiving leftover treat... Thanksgiving sushi. Apologies to those out there who are devoted follower of the TV show "Friends," but this would beat out the "moist maker" any day. This sushi roll is stuffing, turkey and cranberry sauce, wrapped in turkey skin and topped with gravy. On the side is mashed potatoes mixed with wasabi. I can't wait to see these show up at the local sushi restaurant.
