Highland Scottish Games Come to Greeley

Get a chance to part take in the Highland Scottish games, Tuesday in Greeley. Farr Library is holding a Miniature Highland Scottish games event, Tuesday, August 2nd in Greeley. You can part take in trying out some of the games that they compete including shooting arrows, tossing cabers, and even a game of tug-of war. You can even get scored for your efforts and see how well you would do in some of the most rugged field sports that history has known.

The events start at 1:00pm and go to 3:00pm and they even will allow you to wear your kilts and come fully decked out in Scottish attire while experiencing a take on a huge part of Scottish culture. Come try out your skills and see if you would be able to keep up in the Highland Games.
