After closing its doors at its location in the Foothills mall due to construction, the Aloha coffee shop has reopened as a new eatery at 822 S. College Avenue in Old Town as Aloha Coffee and Grill. CSU alum Jason Stolberg has created a traditional Hawaiian lunchtime low-key eatery with a combination of Polynesian foods and coffee. According to the Coloradoan, Aloha's menu includes American-leaning Loco Moco, with hamburgers, fried eggs and gravy over sticky rice.

If you've never had "true" Hawaiian food, you really don't know what you're missing. Inspired from a combination of influences from the Philippines, China, Japan, and Portugal, Aloha offers such staples as Spam Musubi, Teriyaki Chicken, Kalua Pig, Sesame Ginger Swai and Garlic Chicken.
