Happy Geek Pride Day! Derek’s Top 5 Geek Videos

May 25th, the day that celebrates being a geek. It started back in 2006  in Spain and it is celebrated on the 25th of May in honor of 'Star Wars: A New Hope' that was released in 1977 on, you guessed it, May 25th. To celebrate today I am going to share MY top 5 geeky videos. I could share a whole lot more but we will just go with 5. All of these are going to be based off some sort of cartoon or video game because that's how I roll!.

4) G.I. Joe Pork Chop Sandwiches PSA

One of the great things about 80's cartoons is the PSA's that were after the cartoon telling kids to be safe and what not. Well, someone took those and dubbed over them with their own dialogue and that's what we have here. WARNING: LANGUAGE

3) Live Action Mario Kart

I spent hours upon hours playing Mario Kart back in the day and this guy did something that I have always wanted to do and took a go-cart out on the streets to play Mario Kart. As an added bonus I put both of his Mario Karts on here.

2) Star Wars Take Your Daughter to Work Day

What would this list be without something related to 'Star Wars'? This is a clip from one of the geekiest shows on TV and that is 'Robot Chicken'. I am pretty sure I could have made this whole list a top 20 and use nothing but clips from this show.

1) "Standoff" Banned XBOX 360 Commercial

This is one of those commercials that I can't believe is "banned". It is a whole bunch of people in a "standoff" with finger guns. I love this commercial and wish I could get a whole bunch of people together to do this.
