Greeley closes streets for a safer Halloween trick or treat event.

To help kids stay the safest while having tons of fun trick or treat, Greeley will close 8th & 9th street plazas on Friday, October 26th, from 4 pm to 6 pm. The event is designed to not only provide more than the average trick or treating experience, but to also, help kids stay as safe as possible from traffic. The 8th & 9th streets will be closed to traffic so kids will be able to safely run around and find all the treats hidden around the restaurants for the trick or treat hunt!

Trick or Treat Street will also be filled with fun activities from the restaurants participating in the trick or treating fun. Plus all the games for planned for the little ones including Pumpkin Cornhole, and Candy Corn Bowling. If you are the first 150 kids to arrive at the event, you can even participate in the Pumpkin Decorating they will have for kids. Maps for the event and to help find all the hidden candy around the plazas are available at the corner by the Rio in Downtown Greeley. Be sure to get in your costume early and not miss all the Halloween fun this Friday in Greeley!
