alice's restaurantGreeley's annual Spring Clean-Up Weekend is almost here. Residents that want to clear out some space in the basements or attics can get rid of things they don’t need, and even recycle a lot of it. The town clean-up is scheduled for April 26th and April 27th, 2013.

Need to know what you can drop off and where to do it?

From the City of Greeley:

Greeley residents are invited to bring their spring clean-up debris to the four locations from 9 a.m. - 7 p.m. rain, snow or shine. Residents may need to visit all four sites depending on the items they have for disposal or recycling.

Participants must provide proof of Greeley residency (i.e. driver’s license, utility bill). NO COMMERCIAL DUMPING OR SCAVENGING is allowed and all loads of loose materials must be tarped. Due to the popularity of the event, please expect delays.

Computers and Electronics will NOT be collected during Spring Clean-Up Weekend. Contact Schaefer Enterprises at 350-0662 Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

The drops off sites are located at:

Visit the City of Greeley’s website to see exactly what can be dropped off at which location and what fees (if any) are associated with what you want to drop off.  Each location accepts some different items and you don’t want to drive all over town if you go to the wrong drop-off site.
