The Greeley Stampede didn't have to go far to find their new General Manager. Justin Watada is returning to the Stampede starting Monday, December 1st.  He replaces former GM Thea Dreisbach, who left the Stampede to, "pursue work as a consultant for like organizations in neighboring states. The Greeley Stampede wishes her great success."

Watada returns to the Greeley Stampede from Weld County School District 6, where he was part of the communications department for the past three years.  He worked for the Stampede for more than eight years. Justin was originally hired as the Greeley Stampede Director of Sales, he was promoted to the Director of Marketing then transitioned into Assistant Director responsible for marketing and public relations, while overseeing the ticket office and coordinating over $1 million in event sponsorships.

Watada will be responsible for the sponsorship program and day-to-day office operations, including the ticket office, marketing and finances. He will support the Stampede Board of Directors and work closely with community partners, volunteers and Old Buckers.
