Someday Denver Broncos quarterback Peyton Manning will be immortalized in bronze at the Pro Football Hall of Fame in Canton, Ohio, but he doesn't have to wait five years after he retires to be immortalized in corn, that's happening now! Fritzler Farm revealed their latest corn concoction, of the maze variety, this week. A picture of the latest in a long line of Colorado sports superstars.

For the 12th fall season, in what has become a Northern Colorado staple, the Fritzler family opens the gates to their family farm located seven miles south of Greeley on Highway 85 for all sorts of fun.

The main event, of course, the gigantic 15-acre corn maze. From rock n’ roll legends, a country music hero, patriotism, a “Wizard of Oz” tribute, and a tribute ribbon with the word's "Country Strong" last season, the Fritzler Corn Maze has featured many memorable designs. This year just might take the cake. Especially for Denver Bronco fans. It is not the first time the corn has shown the Fritzler's love for the Broncos, but in the heat of Manning-Mania it's certainly turning heads.

Along with the maize comes all kinds of other fun on the Fritzler Farm. This year you can also go in a second portion of the maize called Scream Acres that will make the hair stand up on your back. There are several courtyard activities to choose from as well. Take a car on the ATV mini rollercoaster barrel train, head over to the go-cart tracks and pedal your way around on a four-wheel go-cart or challenge your friend to an obstacle course on the three-wheel carts, the pumpkin cannon lets you shoot pumpkins across the farm at targets, a brand new giant slide was added this year, and back again are the pillow jumps! This is just some of the fun that the Fritzler Farm offers along with more activities for young and old alike, food, and a pumpkin patch. Plus there are all kinds of new surprises in store for the 2012 season!

The farm opens tomorrow, and will remain open Fridays through Sundays with Scream Acres opening September 30th, and Wednesdays and Thursdays also being open during October. Get the full schedule here.
