Fort Collins Police Arrest Suspect in Fatal Shooting – Victim Identified

Fort Collins Police have arrested a suspect after a fatal shooting that happened just north of the Colorado State University campus.

7News in Denver is reporting that 26-year-old Andrew Michael Watkins was arrested in connection to Tuesday's late-night shooting near the Alley Cat Café. He was booked into Larimer County Jail on suspicion of second-degree murder.

The victim was identified as 25-year-old Randall Cargill of Fort Collins.
