Fort Collins’ Only Korean BBQ Restaurant Readies to Satisfy Appetites

It's hard to imagine with all the different varieties of restaurants that Fort Collins has, that there isn't a Korean BBQ place. That's about to change.

Midtown Fort Collins is about to see something new! In the building that used to be TAPS and SportsCaster's before that, will now be home to Korean barbecue!

The owners of Suh Sushi, also in Fort Collins, saw the need for a Korean barbecue restaurant in Fort Collins and set out to make it happen, as part of their second location. My brother served in the ARMY for over 20 years and was stationed in Korea twice; so, he knows Korean barbecue and is VERY excited (he loves a good kimchi) It seems the closest Korean barbecue place until now, was in DENVER. OK, my brother doesn't love kimchi THAT much.

They'll have many more entrees than just Korean BBQ- so that's even better!

Suh Sushi Korean BBQ, just east of College on Boardwalk, will have their grand opening on January 11, 2018.
