Owners of the new cafe are excited to open doors to their new cafe. The concept is dedicated to delivering delicious and nutritious meals to people throughout the Fort Collins community.

Since they announced their idea to Fort Collins last spring they have accepted an outpour of donations and support for the idea. One last step for the new cafe is finding a location for the new concept.

When talking of the cafe owner Jeff Baumgardner stated " I think what makes our cafe unique compared to other restaurants is the way we measure success. It’s the number of meals we prepare — since our primary goal is feeding people; and contributing to society by filling a basic need; and contributing to the community by supporting local growers. Our other goal is providing an uplifting experience"

The owners are working with CSU nutrition students who are creating their menu which will have a daily rotation mainly consisting of soups, casseroles, pizzas and salad.
