The upcoming Harry Potter spinoff Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them arrives in theaters later this year, but with Captain America: Civil War almost here, everyone is scrambling to get their big trailers attached to the biggest movie of the year. Fantastic Beasts is no exception and today we get our first look at the continuation of the Wizarding World.

While we don’t get to see much in the way of actual fantastic beasts, we do get a lot of references to the world of Harry Potter including talk of Albus Dumbledore, Muggles and Hogwarts.

“Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them” opens in 1926 as Newt Scamander has just completed a global excursion to find and document an extraordinary array of magical creatures. Arriving in New York for a brief stopover, he might have come and gone without incident…were it not for a No-Maj (American for Muggle) named Jacob, a misplaced magical case, and the escape of some of Newt’s fantastic beasts, which could spell trouble for both the wizarding and No-Maj worlds.

The film marks the screenwriting debut of J.K. Rowling who wrote all the previous Harry Potter books and is directed by David Yates who directed the last four Harry Potter films.

Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them opens in theaters on November 18, 2016.
