Falling in Love… With Fall

I think this is one of the favorite answers when you ask someone about Fall. The leaves changing is truly one of the best things about Fall. Plus, the make for great pictures! If you are trying to get any photos for your senior year, weeding, or anything along those lines. Now is the time to do it.

This is the great thing about living in Colorado when Fall comes around. You get to wear shorts, flip flops and hoodies and still be at a comfortable temperature. I don't know what it is about that combination but I am never cold and I don't over heat. It is the perfect Fall attire.

I love the fact that they bring out "special" products just for the season. I don't know how many status updates about the pumpkin spice latte I have seen in the past week, but that is one of the many pumpkin flavored beverages available. One of my favorite things that comes out, that I try to stock up on is Count Chocula! It is the best cereal! I am sad it is not available all the time, like it was back in the day, but only doing a limited time run makes me appreciate it more and makes me look forward to next year.

Some of my greatest memories are being at my grandma's house with my family on Sundays to watch the game. The smell of something delicious cooking coming from the kitchen, while my grandpa cusses at the players on the TV. Football is one of those things that are a great excuse to make random bets that you normally wouldn't do, dress crazy, and get angry at people who aren't doing their job. It is also a great excuse to eat as much junk food as you want... just in case you were looking for an excuse.

There is tons of stuff to do when Fall comes around. Picking out pumpkins, getting costumes for Halloween, eating tons of food on Thanksgiving or even going for a walk to enjoy the trees. One of my favorites is corn mazes and haunted houses. I don't really scare easily so the enjoyment for me is to take people who do get scared easily (Beano) and laugh at them. Plus, on top of those there is also zombie crawl which is just another excuse to dress up and have fun!
