This event is presented by the four Rotary Clubs in Fort Collins and is designed to be a family friendly community event. The following is a list of the activities that are being planned for the Fort Collins Peach Festival 2011.
Morning Activities:
5K Run For Adults/Teens & Children (Healthy Kids Club Race)
Peach Pancake Breakfast & Smoothies available after the race
Peach Activities:
With this being the first annual Peach Festival in Fort Collins we are going to have some neat Peach themed activities including a peach pit spitting contest, best peach recipe contest judged by local chefs, Palisade peaches for sale, peach drawing contest, pin the leaves on the peach and more.
Kids Activities:
Local kids establishments/businesses will set up booths with free kids activities running all day long – e.g. bowling, art, music, fire safety, healthy eating. We are also looking to have a petting zoo, bouncy castle and other fun activities that are available.
