A brand new event for northern Colorado, Jr.JAM! will feature a plethora of activities focused on just kids. There are many kids’ areas at events throughout the year, but this will be a full day of kids’ activities, vendor booths, entertainment, live music, and more. The first Saturday of Summer Break will never be the same!
Saturday, May 28, 2011 | Civic Center Park | Fort Collins, Colorado
For a kids event, the live entertainment will be fantastic. There’s some buzz in the air, because SpokesBUZZ has prepared a schedule of entertainment that will keep the kids groovin all day long.
Since we like to give kids options, we’ve got some activities to keep them moving and burn off some energy. From a bounce house to a climbing wall, we’ll keep them active. If they’re looking to scratch that artistic itch, we’ll have plenty of arts and crafts for all ages.
Toddlers sometimes get forgotten in the frenzy of festival activities, so we’ve got a tent just for them! The Toddler Tent will feature crafts and games specific to the little fingers and minds. There will also be a special mommies station for nursing and diaper changing, because that’s no fun for anyone in the middle of the food court!
Speaking of food, there will be food vendors to fuel up the parents and little ones as well. Starting with the lunch hour and working your way through snack time and dinner, we’ll keep your family fed!
Many vendors will have games and giveaways for the kiddos as well, so be sure to stop by and see who’s there and everything there is to do!
Gates will open at 11:30am and admission is FREE. Sorry, no pets allowed. This is an alcohol free event, so enjoy!
