Global Village Museum invites you to “Expedition to the Arctic,” presented by Ray and Melanie Chamberlain, on April 25, 2015 from 2-3 p.m. . Rayand Melanie joined an eco-tourist photo expedition group for a month in the High Arctic.
Last summer they attempted a modern-day achievement — executing the Northwest Passage on the ship, National Geographic Explorer, which was classed for traveling in ice-laden seas. Through pictures and stories they will tell about their trials and tribulations encountered on this amazing expedition. Admission is free to museum members and $5 for the public.
