Dumb Criminal of the Day: Florida Woman Blames Her Big Boobs for Failing DUI Test

I’m sure most cops think they’ve heard just about every excuse in the book from drunks behind the wheel, but this might be a new one.

A 49-year-old Florida woman was pulled over for suspicion of driving under the influence, and she tried to use her large lady parts as an excuse for not being able to complete road-side tests.

According to NBC Miami,

A Port St. Lucie woman facing DUI charges told arresting officers her "big boobies" were to blame for her inability to perform sobriety tests, according to an arrest report.

She actually told the police officer that “big breasts, you don't balance well.” At least that’s what was in the police report according to NBC.

She also tried to hold hands with the officer, sang the numbers she was asked to count, danced instead of walked the line, and then tried to strip her clothes off to prove to the cop how large her chest was.

I’m guessing her well-endowed frame might have helped her in getting some free drinks, but getting her out of a DUI? Not so much.
