Dana Carvey On SNL

Dana Carvey was a welcome refresh to SNL. It seems like, in my opinion, that SNL lately is kind of hit and miss. It seems like the episodes have some funny parts but the show as a whole is kinda bland. Saturdays episode with Dana Carvey was a different story. Yes, a couple of skits were lacking humor, but the beginning was solid and reminded me of the classic days. The church lady skit had me laughing. I think that SNL could use some more creative writing. They have the talent, just give them something funny.
