Cute Cat Has Lag Issues

This cat is either really good at controlling his body and his stealthiness or there is a glitch in the Matrix.

I am going to say that this cat is a really good ninja. Stalking his prey only when it is moving just like his cousins in the Serengeti. They would be so proud of him.

Or maybe somebody just needs to check his internet connection
