CSU Announces New Stadium Sessions Concert Series
Not only do Rams fans get to experience game days in a brand new stadium this year, but CSU also just announced another fun addition to home game weekends – the Stadium Sessions season-long music series, featuring over 30 Colorado bands who will be performing free concerts around campus, giving game days a whole new sound.
Local bands will be taking over three different stages, playing music on both Fridays and Saturdays before each home game, with the exception of the Homecoming weekend. Although the exact line-ups for these days have yet to be announced, participating bands include the Flobots, Slow Caves, Danielle Ate the Sandwich, The Patti Fiasco, In the Whale, Stella Luce, Dubskin, Mama Lenny & the Remedy, The Burroughs, Post Paradise, Last Call Romance, and many more. Home game weekends for the 2017 football season are August 25-26, September 8-9, October 27-28, November 10-11, and November 17-18. Colorado State calls this new concert series a celebration of our city’s finest: community, music, and Ram pride.
