Corned Beef, Grapes & Candy – Weekly Fort Collins Grocery Ad Deals 3/14-3/20
We all have to eat, hence we all have to buy groceries. If you're frugal like we are, Wednesday is your favorite day for grocery shopping (or at least it should be) because the new weekly-ads come out. Beano and Kama love a great sale and love to eat, here are their favorite deals this week.
New sales start on Wednesdays and end on Tuesdays, with the exception of Sprouts and Sunflower Market which have a great overlap day on Wednesday, when you can score sales from both old and new ads.
GROCERY AD DEALS 3/14/12-3/20/12
Beano's Favorite Deals This Week:
- Sprouts has blackberries 2/$3 and gummy candy for $1.49/lb.
- Sunflower has avocados 2/$1, grapefruit 3/$1, strawberries 4/$5, soda read for $2.99, and Irish Cheeses for $4.99.
- Safeway has point cut corned beef for $1.99/lb., and All detergent for $3.99.
- King Soopers has half gallons of milk for $1, 18 eggs for $1.50, and Rockstar energy drinks are 79-cents (part of buy 10 save $5 offer).
Kama's Favorite Deals This Week:
- Sunflower wins with me this week. They have Strawberries 4 for $5, Haas Avocados 2 for $1 and grass fed ground beef for $3.99/lb.
- Sprouts has their broths on sale for $1.99 which I love to use when cooking rice and quinoa.
- Albertsons has a coupon for $10 off $100 or more and their 2lb Tillamook cheeses are just $8.99. Great cheese!
- King Soopers has green grapes for just .99cents per pound, I love to freeze grapes and their Xing Teas are just .88cents.
