Drinking and driving is stupid, but drinking and driving when you’re a school bus driver with a busload of freshman football players? That’s taking stupid to another level.

According to CBS 4, a 57-year-old bus driver that has been with the Adams County School District for a little over a year is now on administrative leave after a terrifying incident. He was allegedly drunk behind the wheel of a school bus while transporting 37 students and four adults from Prairie View High School in Brighton to Mountain Range High School in Westminster for a football game.
At the end of his debacle, he sideswiped a car in the parking lot at Mountain Range.
Thankfully no one was hurt.
Who in their right mind thinks, ‘Hmmm, I have to drive a giant school bus around full of kids, I better have a few drinks first?
Mr. bus driver now faces some very serious charges of reckless endangerment, child abuse, and DUI.
