Colbie Caillat Failed Two ‘American Idol’ Auditions [VIDEOS]

Colbie Caillat has pretty much become a household name in the music world. She's won two Grammys, she's won two BMI Awards, she's been nominated for Best Pop Vocal Album, had two top-5 albums and five top-ten singles, sold over 6 million albums and over 10 million singles.

But did you know that she failed to make the cut at two different 'American Idol' auditions?

It's true.   According to the story from The Examiner she said,

I was in the auditions that you are outside with thousands of people. You sleep on the street...We did that whole thing. I am shy, I am nervous I don't audition well. I didn't look that great and I didn't get it. [Examiner]

I'm thinking 'Idol' might have made a big mistake there.
