The 4th Annual Centerra Outdoor Summer Fitness Series kicks off on July 8th and runs through August 12th.

You will be able to participate in FREE outdoor fitness classes that are taught by Miramont Lifestyle Fitness professionals and are fun and accessible to all ages and fitness levels.

Each week during the six-week cycle will feature active and educational classes focusing on different fitness activities to get your heart pumping.

Friday, July 8: Boot Camp - strength conditioning circuits
Friday, July 15: Centergy - combines yoga and Pilates fundamentals with athletic training for balance, mobility, flexibility and core strength
Friday, July 22: Yoga - strength, balance & coordination
Friday, July 29: Kickboxing - cardio, conditioning & muscular toning
Friday, August 5: BollyX/Zumba – fun, dance-based cardio
Friday, August 12: Functional Life Fitness
