Larimer County Is Offering $20 MMR Vaccinations (Measles, Mumps & Rubella)
There have been two confirmed cases of measles in Denver, so the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment is supplying extra MMR vaccine (measles, mumps, rubella) to county health departments to help control the spread of measles across the state. (These are our first cases of the measles since 2006.)
The Larimer County Health Department is now offering the vaccine for $20.

The Greeley Stampede is coming up, and you know what that means. Corndogs, cowboy hats, concerts, and cars. One of the best parts of the 10-day festival is the demolition derby. Hundreds (yes, hundreds) of drivers will partake in the destructive chaos. This year's demolition derby will take place on July 7th at 2:00 PM, and tickets cost $20-25.

Oil Well Company Fined for Spill North of Windsor
The company whose oil well sprayed out 84-thousand gallons of hydraulic fracturing flow-back water north of Windsor in February has agreed to pay $35,000. The Greeley Trib reports that the Colorado Oil and Gas Conservation Commission could have fined PDC Energy around $9,000, but company officials said it was the "appropriate thing to do" to go beyond that. Soil and groundwater testing indicated little to no contamination.
